Gather

carrots
celery
cucumber
red and yellow peppers
zucchini
dip
olives

Go

1. Ask a parent to cut veggies into long strips.
2. Place a small bowl on a plate and fill it with dip.
3. Arrange veggie slices around the bowl to make the feathers.
4. Use olive pieces to make eyes for the turkey face.
5. Cut a carrot into a triangle for the beak.
6. Use a small piece of red pepper for the turkey’s snood.
7. Cut pieces of zucchini for the feet and place below the bowl.

Fun fact: The floppy red thing that hangs over a turkey’s beak is called a “snood.”
